What is a GS pay grade, and why does it matter?+
The General Schedule (GS) is the federal pay scale, from GS-1 to GS-15. Most federal postings announce a grade range. Matching your grade filters out postings you are not qualified for — and surfaces ones you are.
Can I save postings and come back to them?+
